Yes, there is a woman compared her hair which used the Dove.
 Before and after.

4. Was the overall lay-out creative? Does it make the readers think? In what way?

This ad is easy to understand. Mrs. Simpson's hair is curly and dry. When she used the Dove, her hair became soft and pretty.
